Winnipeg Chapter tours materials recovery facility

CSC Winnipeg[1] will be touring a materials recovery facility owned and operated by Canada Fibres on Wednesday, January 15, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at 335 Mazenod Road, Winnipeg, Man.

The recently constructed facility went into operation last year and will be providing recycling services for the city. Steve Heard, operations manager, will be on hand to facilitate the tours. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses will be required.
