Capital Developments recently broke ground on Park Road, a new flatiron condominium in Yorkville, Ont.
The flatiron tower is defined by a curved south facade and a series of stepped cantilevers on the building’s western facade, which hover above the corner of Collier and Church streets. It is clad in warm, golden bronze metal.
Some of the features of the tower include a grand lobby with a dedicated concierge, a meditation room, a fitness facility, an outdoor terrace, and entertainment rooms.
It will also feature a parkette which will be closed to vehicles, becoming a pedestrian-first public space lined with trees, greenery, and landscaping.
