North American Gypsum Trophy Awards, the biannual celebration of excellence in drywall design and craftsmanship, celebrated the winners of this year’s projects in Canada.

Hosted by CertainTeed, a North American manufacturer of building materials, the competition assesses drywall and finishing contractors in the United States and Canada on their design skills with gypsum. It spans various categories, such as creativity, innovation, and sustainability.

The following are this year’s Canadian winners:

• DMD Triangle Drywall & Acoustics Ltd—Centennial College A building in Toronto.
• Benmar Drywall Systems—Holy Trinity Mausoleum, Markham, Ont.
• QSI Interiors—BMO Centre, Calgary, Alta.
• Interior Specialties—Avalon Mental Health & Addictions Facility, St. John’s.
• Kerr Interior Systems—Myer Horowitz Theatre, Edmonton.
• P.J. Daly Contracting Limited—St. Catherine of Siena, Hamilton, Ont.
