CSC Building Expo returns to Toronto

The Toronto Chapter of CSC will host the 40th annual Building Expo on Wednesday, February 28. The one-day event, formerly known as the No Frills Tradeshow, will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s South Building. It kicks off at 11 a.m. with a brief networking event, followed by the traditional ticketed luncheon at 11:45 a.m. This year’s guest speaker is Chris Adamkowski, head of industry at Google.

Landscape design show coming to Edmonton

On November 17 and 18, the Edmonton Expo Centre will be hosting the Green Industry Show and Conference (GISC). The conference is open to those in all sectors of the industry, including designers, arborists, owners, students, growers, and contractors. The show is the largest of its kind in Western Canada, featuring more than 250 booths.

Construct Canada returns in December

The 27th annual Construct Canada tradeshow will be held December 2 to 4 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Construct Canada is a major component of The Buildings Show, which is an exposition, networking, and educational event. It is held concurrently with PM Expo, HomeBuilder and Renovator Expo, World of Concrete Pavilion, and IIDEX Canada.

Buildex conference returns to Vancouver

Buildex, a two-day tradeshow and conference for the construction, renovation, architecture, interior design, and property management industries, is returning to Vancouver this year. From February 25 to 26, the annual conference held at the Vancouver Convention Centre West expects more than 13,500 attendees. It offers a ‘build-your-own’ conference schedule as each session is individually priced; there will also be more than 600 exhibits, and 50 educational seminars.
