Calgary Chapter presents on biomimicry

CSC Calgary is holding a lunch meeting on on “Biomimicry: Sharks, Termites, and More of Nature’s Brilliance” on Tuesday, February 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Winston Golf and Country Club.

Linda Selin (associate senior interior designer, Stantec) and Michael Williamson (landscape architect, Stantec) will talk about how designing, creating, and building—whether spaces, places, or things—can be learned from the natural world.

Toronto Chapter holds annual building expo

The CSC’s 42nd Building Expo is taking place on Wednesday, February 26. This year’s theme is resilient design. The event will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s south building from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
