Hamilton-Niagara Chapter presents on revisions to Construction Lien Act
CSC Hamilton-Niagara will be presenting on “Revisions to Construction Lien Act” on Wednesday, February 12, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hamilton Club.
Clifford Blundell (Goldman Sloan Nash & Harber) will talk about measures to increase a specification writer’s protection against liability as a third party when the prime consultant or architect is sued for negligence and the revisions to the Construction Lien Act.
