The contest sought models for mid-size density in residential areas where planning officials currently allow only single-family houses to be built on a lot.
Gilles Saucier, FIRAC, and André Perrotte, FIRAC, have been awarded the 2018 Gold Medal by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC).
