The Metro Toronto Convention Centre hosts the 2014 North American Steel Construction Conference (NASCC) in March, welcoming design and construction professionals from the fabricated steel industry.
Presented by the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the three-day event offers the 3500 expected attendees networking opportunities, more than 100 educational sessions, and a show floor with more than 200 exhibitors. This year, educational session topics range from the new direct analysis method and the Code of Standard Practice, as well as practical aspects of designing for torsion.
The conference also incorporates the Structural Stability Research Council’s Annual Stability Conference, the Technology in Steel Construction Conference (TSCC), and the World Steel Bridge Symposium. It takes place March 26 to 28; visit www.aisc.org/nascc[1] for registration information.
