08 54 00 Composite Windows
B 20 20 Exterior Windows
Designed for the residential retrofit market, RevoCell composite windows bring extra energy savings, require less maintenance, and last longer than conventional replacement windows. All while being competitively priced.
RevoCell windows are made from microcellular PVC – a differently manufactured unplasticized PVC. Under strictly controlled conditions, it forms billions of microscopic chambers in a process called nucleation. The weatherstripping and exterior PVC capping are co-extruded and engineered with the structural member. The profiles are then cut, machined, and fusion-welded into a solid, one-piece, airtight construction.
·
More Energy-Efficient: Its closed-cell
insulation can make a double-pane RevoCell window perform as good as a regular
triple pane; with triple-pane glass, RevoCell window performance is hard to
match.
·
Stronger: Cellular structures are
durable, absorbing mechanical stress such as wind loads and frequent operation
better than hollow profiles. RevoCell windows are strong where it actually
matters – across the frame rather than along it.
· Brighter: The extra strength allows for leaner frames, giving a larger glass surface – as much as 20% more on an average window. This means more natural light inside, with all the benefits that brings.
RevoCell windows are available exclusively at Nordik Windows and Doors, operating in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
