07 26 00 Vapor Retarders
This tape is made of a ultraviolet- (UV-) resistant polypropylene film and coated with a specially formulated solvent-based acrylic adhesive. This tape has been specifically designed to seal, seam polyethylene vapour barrier indoors as well as weather-resistive barriers (WRBs) outdoors. The 21908 is the only Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) evaluated method to seal, seam both polyethylene vapour barrier film and exterior sheathing membranes.
