Kingsley Square is a new 26,097-m2 (280,906-sf) high-rise development in Newmarket, Ont. that addresses the pressing demand for housing and is set to revitalize the urban landscape.

The towers offer residents a lifestyle of convenience, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

The development incorporates a highly efficient panelized construction system that ensures a tightly insulated building envelope and an energy-efficient building envelope will be used to minimize HVAC demands.

These towers will be linked with a three-storey podium with commercial spaces at grade fronting onto the street.

Some of the project’s other features include a gym, coworking spaces, an event space, an exterior courtyard, rooftop terrace, and a public urban park.

The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
