CSC Montréal[1] is offering the Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) course online on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. from March 16 to May 20.
The course will include 20 consecutive sessions, including an exam during the last session.
The PCD course stresses on the existing relations between specifications, drawings, and contractual documents. It also puts perspective on the role of all participants within the construction industry.
The course is ideal for an architect, landscaping architect, interior designer, engineer, technical representative, manager, building owner or manager, general contractor, or a specialized contractor.
The PCD course is admissible as directed training in accordance with the mandatory continues training requirement of the OAQ, OIQ, OPTQ, and APDIQ.
The PCD course is a prerequisite to all the specialized courses leading to certifications.
The cost is $875 for CSC members and $1175 for non-members plus taxes.
