Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, quality control, and contracts while ensuring the efficient execution of all site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, as well as develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
• Negotiate contracts and manage revisions, changes, and additions with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement and oversee quality control programs to maintain high standards across all projects.
• Represent the company in negotiations related to business services, union contracts, and client matters.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to clients on project status.
• Direct procurement of building materials and manage land acquisitions as required for projects.
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.

Requirements:

• A college diploma in construction management or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of extensive experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, and quality control.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
