The Calgary Chapter of CSC along with the Glass and Architectural Metals Association (GAMA) and Alberta Building Envelope Council (ABEC) is holding a dinner meeting on April 12 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at The Winston Golf Club.
Jim Brady will be presenting on “The Scariest Word in Construction – Specifications.” Brady has been in the glazing industry for 33 years and has served as president of GAMA twice, the Provincial Glaziers Association of Alberta (PGAA) and the Canadian Glass Association (CGA). Additionally, Brady has served on the local apprenticeship committee for nine years and the provincial apprenticeship committee for 12 years.
In 2017, Brady was the recipient of the Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board Chairman’s Award of Excellence for lifetime contributions.
