The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) is spotlighting some of the best architectural and developmental projects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with the 2024 BILD Awards finalists.
Some of the categories for this year include Best New Community, Project of the Year (low/mid and high-rise), and Best Model Home, amongst others. Finalists include Freed Hotel & Residences by AS + GG Architecture, Park Road by Diamond Schmitt Architects, and Elm–Ledbury by Hariri Pontarini Architects.
Every year, the BILD Awards recognizes excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales, and marketing of new homes in the GTA.
The general public can also select the best community in the GTA by casting their vote under the People’s Choice Award category.
The winners of this year will be announced on May 30th.
