Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the residence—comprising a restrained colour palette of black, grey, white, wood, concrete, steel, and glass—is nestled on a cliff’s edge. The layout features roofs from the north to the south, housing various functional spaces including a garage, a carport, the main entrance, a vestibule, and a large terrace. The living areas, comprising the living room, kitchen, dining room, study, and master bedroom, are beneath a long, low-pitched roof, with expansive east-facing windows providing views of the estate’s hills and the Notre-Dame Lake. The south-facing facade opens into its surroundings, with roof projections offering shade and weather-protected outdoor spaces. The lower level provides access to a plateau at the foot of the cliff, accommodating a multi-purpose space, two dormitory rooms, mechanical equipment, storage areas, and bathrooms.

For the carport and terrace, the decking of the exterior ceilings remains natural wood, with the roof-supporting structure exposed and painted black. Indoors, polished concrete floors absorb and radiate heat, while high ceilings crafted from wood planks elevate the interior space.
