CSC Winnipeg discusses accessibility design

The Winnipeg Chapter[1] will hold a lunch meeting on Wednesday, March 13, at Viscount Gort Hotel[2]. John Wyndels will present on “The Accessibilities for Manitoba Act.”

His presentation will focus on the design of public spaces, which is one of the five standards to be developed under the Act. This standard refers to areas such as pedestrian access routes, signal systems, and additional public spaces, including recreational elements such as trails and outdoor eating areas.
