CSC Vancouver hosts tour of Marine Gateway development

On Thursday, May 12, the Vancouver Chapter of CSC will present a building tour of Marine Gateway—an 80,000-m2 (861,110-sf) mixed-use project located on the city’s new rapid transit line. The development includes a district energy system, an extensive water resource management plan, a high-performance building envelope and shading strategies while incorporating two transit stations.

The tour will be presented by Perkins + Will Canada’s Ryan Bragg, Architect AIBC, and Joshua Rudd. It kicks off with sandwiches and chapter business at Dublin Crossing pub (466 SW Marine Drive) At 11:30 a.m., with the tour expected to finish by 1:30 p.m. Cost is $38 for CSC members and $48 for non-members, plus GST.
