The Toronto Chapter of CSC has announced an architectural fabricator plant tour for next week, and a contract documentation discussion for next month.
On Wednesday, November 16, the group is hosting an event exploring Eventscape’s Toronto facilities. The activity kicks off at 1:30 p.m. with some light refreshments, followed by a presentation and guided tour. Steel boots (but not hard hats) are required.

In other chapter news, the group is co-hosting its Tuesday, December 6 meeting with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), beginning at 5:15 p.m. at the Toronto Skating, Curling, and Cricket Club. In addition to dinner, the event includes a look at ‘completeness’ in contract documents and issue management. This discussion will be led by Arif Ghaffur, B.Sc. (Hons), pqs, FRICS, MCIArb (Lakeland Consulting).
