CSC Technical Representative workshop in Winnipeg

by | October 14, 2014 2:54 pm

CSC’s Winnipeg Chapter is holding a five-day Technical Representative (TR) in-class workshop from November 24 to 29.

The course is designed to provide a better understanding of contract documents and bidding procedures, product representation, professionalism, and ethics. It builds on the concepts previously introduced in the Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) course, and serves as a requirement for achieving Certified Technical Representative (CTR)[1] status.

The CTR designation was developed to provide professional recognition to individuals who market and distribute products and materials to the construction industry, attesting to their independent and objective adherence to the highest quality of product representation.

Interested attendees are encouraged to sign up as quickly as possible—a certain amount of participants must be reached before October 31 for the event to go ahead. Cost of registration is $892.50 for CSC members and $997.50 for non-members (includes GST). Cheques should be made payable to CSC Winnipeg Chapter. Visit the event’s website[2] for more information.
