The Montréal Chapter is holding a free webinar on WELL certification and the Humaniti project on Wednesday, April 29, from 8 to 9 a.m.
Hugo Lafrance, LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty, and Fitwel Ambassador, will be speaking at the event.
The conference will be structured in two stages. First an introduction to the WELL Building Standard certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and then a case study of Humaniti, a mixed-use project aiming for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification as a whole, but also the WELL Multifamily Residential certification for its rental residential component.
The conference is eligible as a directed training activity according to the mandatory continuing education requirements of OAQ, OIQ, OPTQ, and APDIQ.
The webinar will also be repeated on Thursday, April 30, from to 4 to 5 p.m. and Monday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration is mandatory.

La section de Montréal organise un webinaire gratuit sur la certification WELL et le projet Humaniti le mercredi 29 avril de 8 h à 9 h.
Hugo Lafrance possède les titres de LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty et Fitwel Ambassador. I prendra la parole lors de l’événement.
La conférence s’articulera en deux temps; d’abord une introduction à la certification WELL Building Standard de l’International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), avec son fonctionnement et ses objectifs, puis ensuite le cas de Humaniti, projet d’usage mixte visant la certification LEED pour son ensemble, mais aussi la certification WELL Multifamily Residential pour sa composante résidentielle locative.
La conférence est admissible en tant qu’activité de formation dirigée selon les exigences de formation continue obligatoires de l’OAQ, de l’OIQ, de l’OPTQ et de l’APDIQ.
Le webinaire sera également disponible le jeudi 30 avril de 16 h à 17 h. et le lundi 4 mai de 11 h à 12 h.
