On Tuesday, December 13, the regular morning meeting of Edmonton Chapter of CSC will include a look at achieving function and performance through vegetated roof assembly design.
Yi Zhou, MLA, OALA Associate, will discuss the complexities of these green roofing systems, walking attendees through the typical components and providing procedures on how to improve quality by focusing on detailing and performance.
This presentation is eligible for one American Institute of Architects (AIA) Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) continuing education unit (CEU), and is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for credit. It kicks off at the Chateau Louis Conference Centre at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast. Registration is $35, or $20 for students.
