The Calgary Chapter is organizing a dinner meeting on October 10. Karin Dumais (RadonWest) will present “Radon: Are Your Countertops Really Radioactive?” She will give a quick introduction to radon, break down myths about the gas, explain the basics of building science, and explore how to implement construction complying with the 2014 Alberta Building Code (ABC).
