CISC hosts annual Steel Day across Canada

On Sept. 16, the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) will hold its annual Steel Day event at different facilities, jobsites, and offices across Canada.

The Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) is hosting its annual Steel Day on Sept. 16—an event full of interactive, networking opportunities for the design, construction, and structural steel industries nationwide.

On Steel Day, galvanizers, hollow-structural-section (HSS) producers, mills, steel fabricators, bender-rollers, and others will open their facilities, jobsites, and offices to the general public to showcase how steel contributes to the building industry in Canada. The event often attracts architects, engineers, contractors, developers, students, and educators.
