Calgary explores Builders’ Lien Act

The Calgary Chapter’s April meeting will include a presentation on the Builders’ Lien Act by E. Jane Sidnell, partner, Rose LLP. The event will be held on April 9 at the Winston Golf and Country Club from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The presentation is expected to provide an overview of the Act, lien creation and preservation, holdback, trust claims, and practical application.
