The CSC Vancouver Chapter will be presenting on changes to the British Columbia Building Code (BCBC) that are relevant for architects and specification writers. The event will take place at the Sandman Hotel on Thursday, September 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Andrew Harmsworth, M.Eng., P.Eng, CP, PE, FEC, from GHL Consultants will discuss leakage related to door assemblies, sound transmission class (STC), firestopping outlet boxes, requirement for cross-over floors, and accessibility requirements.
