- Guided overview of code updates that are shaping the future of construction regulation in Ontario.
- Review of significant revisions and new provisions in the 2024 Ontario Building Code with focus on large buildings.
- Learn about the new format integrating the National Building Code with an Ontario Amendment Document and implementation timeline.
- Major updates includes topics of fire protection, means of egress, mezzanines, and barrier free provisions.
- Presentation attendees will be provided CEU credit.

- Gerald has over 25 years experience int he buidling industry, with the last 15 years serving as the CEO of RSM Building Consultants.
- Has held key roles including Plans Examiner, Chief Building Official (CBO), Training Facilitator for large and small Municipalities.
- Through RSM Building Consultants, Gerald is instrumental in supporting municipalities in their mandated duty to enforce the Ontario Building Code.
