Forma Tower, a new mixed-use development that comprises residential accommodation, commercial offices and retail and public spaces, will soon be built in Toronto.
The project’s first phase involves the construction of the east tower, a 73-storey residential building that will stand 263-m (862-ft) tall and offer 864 residential units.
This project’s design is characterized by stacked vertical volumes wrapped in textural glass and metal skin. Permasteelisa Group will design all the stainless-steel elements and many of the bespoke elements of the facade in Italy.
The installation phase is planned to start in October 2025, and the facade works are scheduled to be completed by August 2028.
