Concord CityPlace is a former Toronto railway site transformed into a mixed-use residential neighbourhood that features retail, public green spaces, schools, and high-rise condos/apartments.

Designed by Arcadis, the project recently received the 2024 Award of Excellence in the Urban Habitat category at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Conference.

Over the past 25 years, the Railway Lands West project has accommodated 30,000 residents across more than 30 towers. It features 11,148 m2 (120,000 sf) of retail, a 3.2-ha (8-acre) park, a library, various public art installations, schools, and a community centre.

CityPlace has set new standards for urban living, with a commitment to diverse housing options, including affordable units and comprehensive amenities.
