MONTONI, a real estate developer in Quebec, has begun construction of Ecoparc Chateauguay 30, a green industrial project with nearly 41,806 m2 (450,000 sf) of space.

The space will be divided into five industrial-purpose units. All five adaptable units in this multi-tenant industrial project include an office space.

The facility will feature 197 parking spaces, 42 loading bays, and have a clear height of up to 12 m (40 ft).

The total area of the lot will be 88,000 m2 (947,224 sf), out of which 40,751 m2 (438,643 sf) will be floor space. The facility will feature 197 parking spaces, 42 loading bays, and have a clear height of up to 12 m (40 ft).

The building’s operational-phase carbon footprint will be reduced with the addition of nearly 200 roof-mounted solar panels.

The construction is targeting LEED Gold certification for the building’s core and shell, as well as Zero-Carbon Building—Design (ZCB–Design) certification.

The building is estimated to be completed by summer 2025.
