Plans are underway for Toronto’s latest master-planned community on Eglinton East in Midtown. Madison Group revealed the project will be guided by late global architect Rafael Vinoly’s vision, making it his only project to be realized in Canada.

With a gross area of 185,806 m2 (2 million sf), the new community proposes four 60-storey towers, landscaped open space of approximately 4,645 m2 (50,000 sf), including an amphitheatre, adventure playground, alongside retail opportunities with a cafe and patio space. The project will also provide two future mid-block connections to Roehampton Avenue.

“We are honoured to bring the late Rafael Vinoly’s vision to life, serving as a poignant testament to his enduring legacy. Featuring four striking towers, a multitude of amenities, and intricately crafted public spaces, this development is set to redefine urban living in Toronto,” says Josh Zagdanski, vice-president of high-rise, Madison Group.
